What trucks and equipment will JPRO work on?

If I have OEM software, why do I need JPRO?

Rather than focusing on a single component, JPRO scans the entire vehicle to simultaneously diagnose all onboard systems. Starting the diagnostic process with an all makes & models application like JPRO enables the technician to discover all issues and make thorough repairs.

If I buy JPRO, do I need anything else?

JPRO software requires a compatible Windows based PC, laptop, or tablet, a Noregon adapter, and the appropriate cable that connects the adapter to the vehicle or equipment’s diagnostic port. These can be purchased together in a JPRO service kit.

What comes in a JPRO Diagnostic Service Kit?

A JPRO Service Kit includes everything you need to diagnose all makes and models of commercial vehicles. These kits feature a NEW Panasonic Toughbook laptop, adapter kit with diagnostic cables, and a durable carrying case. If you also service off-highway equipment, you’ll just need to add the correct cables when you purchase your kit.

JPRO Service Kits can also be bundled with NextStep Repair for step-by-step repair guides, and Technician as a Service for unlimited remote support from master mechanics.
